*Note on Availability: Orders may be allocated or canceled at any time without prior notice due to unexpected changes from our manufacturers. We strive to fulfill all orders, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
*Estimated Ship Date: We ship most Japanese products approximately 1-2 weeks after the release date due to longer processing times required by our suppliers in Japan. Japanese Weiss Schwarz products can be shipped more quickly upon request; however, this comes at a slightly higher price due to increased sourcing costs. Please contact support if you would like to order JP Weiss Schwarz with faster shipping.
--------------------------------
When placing pre-orders for different products, please place pre-orders separately or we will ship your order when all items are available to ship.
We may accept cancellations if you submit a request 7 days before initial pre-order deadline date. In some cases, cancellations may not be possible.
There is a 10% cancellation fee that cannot be waived. This fee is to cover merchant fees we incur from processing your payment/refund.
